As the Macro Experience Specialist, Holly ensures everything runs smoothly, both in the office and with clients.  She is the glue that holds it all together.  Her exceptional organizational skills and charming personality make her an irreplaceable member of the team. 

 

Holly started at Macro right out of college in September 1999, initially working with small group health insurance.  Over time, this role changed and expanded to her becoming an expert in client service, communicating with financial institutions, office accounting, payroll processing, and overall office management.

As Holly celebrates two decades in the industry, she is a vital piece in Macro’s client relationship process, even as she keeps the office organized and on task.

 

​Holly graduated from Iowa State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance and holds her Life & Health agent license in the state of Texas.
